South Yorkshire’s late great children’s book author and illustrator Brian Wildsmith is being celebrated in his home town with not one but two free exhibitions as Barnsley braces itself for visitors county wide and beyond.<br/><br/>Paws, Claws, Tales & Roars: The Art of Brian Wildsmith is at Cooper Gallery while Coming Home: The Life of Brian Wildsmith will be at Experience Barnsley Museum, inside the nearby Town Hall.
