It became the tallest tower in Japan in 2010[2] and reached its full height of 634 meters (2,080 ft) in March 2011, making it the tallest tower in the world, displacing the Canton Tower, and the third tallest structure in the world after Merdeka 118 (678.9 m or 2,227 ft) and the Burj Khalifa (829.8 m or 2,722 ft). It is the tallest freestanding tower in the OECD, the G20, and G7 countries.<br/><br/>The tower is the primary television and radio broadcast site for the Kantō region; the older Tokyo Tower no longer gives complete digital terrestrial television broadcasting coverage because it is surrounded by high-rise buildings. Skytree was completed on Leap Day, 29 February 2012, with the tower opening to the public on 22 May 2012.[6] The tower is the centrepiece of a large commercial development funded by Tobu Railway (which owns the complex) and a group of six terrestrial broadcasters headed by NHK. Trains stop at the adjacent Tokyo Skytree Station and nearby Oshiage Station. The complex is seven kilometres (4.3 miles) northeast of Tokyo Station. Pembrokeshire County Council have already had a rethink regarding aspects of the E-bike scheme, to reduce the chances of anti-social behaviour.<br/>The ‘Pay as you go’ E-bikes trial was launched in Pembrokeshire last month, with a fleet of E-bikes provided for members of the public to use for ‘commuting, leisure and local activities’ - with users. able to collect and leave the bikes at a series of pick-up and drop-off sites around the towns of Tenby, Haverfordwest, Fishguard and Goodwick.<br/>However, the initiative has already been met with scepticism by members of the public, as well as councillors, with many pointing out potential issues that the scheme might bring, expressing concerns on the E-bikes being ‘dumped’ away from their designated drop-off points, and others already highlighting late night revellers using them during the early hours of the morning, whilst clearly a bit tipsy!<br/>Once the scheme got underway, Tenby’s County Councillor for the South ward, Cllr Sam Skyrme-Blackhall said she was none too pleased with a ‘bike bay’ being positioned up against the historic Town Walls of the seaside town.<br/>“I do have concerns about the scheme in general. I know that they work very well in some places but I am not sure about in Tenby,” she said.<br/>“I am especially concerned about them within the Town Walls during pedestrianisation and other busy periods.”<br/>Locations the E-bikes are available from, include - Tenby Railway Station and South/North Beach car parks.<br/>Providing an update on the Zipp E-bike trial on their Facebook page this week, Pembrokeshire County Council posted: “To reduce the chances of anti-social behaviour, bike hire will not be available between midnight Friday to 5am Saturday and midnight Saturday to 5am Sunday.<br/>“A handy new pick-up and drop-off bay has also been added at Withybush Hospital.<br/>“It’s been great to see so many of you hopping on the bikes. The Leo Frank case was convened in a temporary Atlanta courtroom on July 28, 1913, with 250 seats and 20 officers guarding the courtroom. The jurors, all white men and Atlanta residents, were chosen within 3 hours of the first morning of the trial. The defense used 18 of its 20 strikes without a cause while the prosecution used seven of the ten allowed. The twelve jurors were C.J. Bashard Pressman, I Hensley, Buggy Company, J. F. Higdon Building Contractor, Jefferies - Real Estate, Johenning Shipping Clerk, WF Medcalf Mailer, J.T. Osborne, Optician, Frederick V. L. Smith paying teller, D. Townsend paying teller, F.A. Windburn Railroad Claims agent, Al Weizby Cashier, M. S. Woodward - Cashier, King - Hardware. The Chief prosecutor, solicitor General Hugh A. Dorsey, was handsome and forceful, assisted by Frank Arthur Hooper and Edward A. Stevens. The defense was defended by Atlanta's two well known trial lawyers Special Assistant Solicitor Hooper described the State's case against Leo Frank, who was accused of premeditated rape of Mary Phagan. He alleged that Frank had seduced and taken liberties with other young factory girls and had made unsuccessful advances to Mary Phagan. Several surviving family members have said that Frank harassed Mary Phagan and that she went home and told her mother several former National Pencil Company employees have also alleged that they heard Frank sexually harass Mary Phagan.<br/><br/>The state argued that Frank was alone in the office, gave Mary Phagan her pay envelope, then followed Mary to the medal room and made sexual overtures to her. He then strangled her and gave Conley $2.50 and then $200, but later had Conley return the money. Hooper singled out the expected testimony of Monteen Stover, who he claimed would contradict Frank's contention that he had been in his office continuously from 12:00 p.m. Mrs. J. W. Coleman, the mother of Mary Phagan, testified that she last saw her daughter alive on April 26, 1913. A court officer drew forth a suitcase and lifted out the dress and shoes that Mary Phagan had worn when she last saw her.<br/><br/>Fanny Phagan Coleman identified the clothing of her murdered daughter by covering her eyes with a palm fan and sobbing. At that time, few women attended court trials except for those related to the victim or the defendant. Fanny Phagan Coleman and Ali May Phagan attended the trial, as well as Lucille Selig Frank, Frank's wife, and Mrs. Ray Frank, his mother. When asked for her thoughts by a reporter for the Atlanta Journal, Fanny Phagan Coleman said she would rather not talk about it. This silence caused the rest of the Phagan family not to speak of the trial for the next 70 years.<br/><br/>⁣The narrator went out of the door and stayed until four minutes to six. When he returned, the doors were unlocked and the narrator went to Mr. Frank to change the slip. It took him twice as long as the other times he saw him fix it.<br/><br/>
